Welcome to our services section where we get a little more in depth with what it is we do for our customers. Just a brief look at some of the materials and wall systems we construct according to plans and specs.

Structural Concrete Block, This is where it all begins for many new buildings and box stores. We pride ourselves as masons being able to use our skills to construct entire buildings out of block. Its very precise work that demands both knowledge of the wall systems and specifications, and the skill set to execute the construction of the walls accordingly   

Brick & Stone Veneer. This is where we put the beauty and functionality of the buildings exterior togehter. There are a variety of masonry veneer products available today to the designer and we have worked with them all as you will see in our completed project pictures.

Restoration. Masonry buildings are meant to last hundreds years and here's living proof that they do. This is the historical "Cooper Place Building" built in 1830 above the 4th street elevator in Dubuque. While the men who originally built this landmark did an excellent job, the building has been settling and over the years has forced the brick veneer on the front out and away from the structure creating an unstable facade.


As the restoration contractor we had the responsibility to tear down the entire front facade, recycle the brick into useable material and reconstruct the facade to its original condition. Now this building is good for another hundred years at the least!!
