This year seems to be off to a sluggish start with the low numbers in new construction starts, but we are trying our best to keep busy. Here is what we have been working on. This is a remote natural gas meter bank adjacent to the newly renovated Dubuque River Works Luxury Apartments in the port of historical downtown Dubuque. This enclosure is a first of its kind in the city as far as housing multiple gas meters and has attracted attention from Black Hills Energy Co, as a prototype for future meter banks.

We recently completed this project along with the dumpster enclosure seen in the background. We worked closely with Mr. Chris Miller of Miller Development Group on this project as well as some restoration work on the interior of the apartments masonry walls.

This job was a unique one because we had to follow the curb with our wall on a radius and also create a level structure on an uneven footing. It was a lot of fun for me as i like a good challenge. I will post up a few pictures of the completed enclosure real soon.

This is our most current project we are working on for Matt Rellihan Construction in the new Carver Heights subdivision in Asbury, IA. This is our progress from 2 days on the job. 

We are expecting to complete this job tomorrow so ill post up some pictures of the finished project within the next few days.

Here is a few pictures of about  half of a street of condos we have bricked in Asbury,IA. These projects were all completed recently.

Hard at it on the Desoller Residence in the Thunder Ridge Estates. This Project will be a combo of brick and cultured stone when its complete. More pics to come.

A fancy stone brick combo. This is a home being built by Chad Ellis Construction in the English Ridge Estates development. The new homeowners requested that we put Anamosa stone coin corners in on the outside corners of the front. Just look at how that stone pops on that red brick. A beautiful combination in this  old masons opinion. This project is scheduled for completion 7/1/11 Pictures of the finished product to come.

Update 9/13/2011 Tons and Tons of newly completed work to post up. We have seen a surge in our workload!! I will try to find some time to post up the progress real soon. Thanks for visiting!
